I love that something as simple as a mini golf course is given the total Disney treatment.
Just put this on my Disney Bucket list and will be crossing it off on my next trip with my sister. Reading the notes people are saying it hard…that makes me a little nervous lol. However I much rather play a disney movie themed golf course then a santa one
In Adventureland, there’s this small place hidden called Aloha Isle. It’s sponsered by Dole and the only thing they sell are something called Dole Whips. You all must go in and buy one! I beleive there are two flavors, Orange and Pineapple (both are so delicious but the Orange taste just like a creamsicle!) Seriously, try these you will not regret it!
-Disney Tips
will need to finally try DOLEWHIP on my next trip
Located above The Brown Derby Restaurant and Soundstage is this little known bar. And what is even more little known about it, is that it is open even when The Brown Derby isn’t serving! You can go right upstairs and order their custom “Catwalk Cooler,” and very often, you will be the only patron in the building!
-Disney Tips
might have to try this place out. being the only person there just sounds like a great experience
In Fantasyland, if you go by Mrs. Pott’s Cupboard (the ice cream shop) there are benches or even standing room. If you don’t want to be caught under the craziness in front of the Castle on Main Street for Wishes, this is probably the best spot. Honestly, nobody is every behind here and the line for Snow White’s Scary Adventure is usually at 5 minutes after the show. Really, any spot behind Fantasyland is a good spot. This is just one that I particulary like because hey, ice cream!
-Disney Tips
i think I might have to try this area next time i’m there
If you’re wanting to ride the train, honestly the best time to go is during the nighttime. Especially during the Parades, there’s hardly ever a line and to go around the park at night on the train is so cool!
I think I will have to do this next time. I haven’t rode the train on the last 3 or 4 trips I’ve been on

Another fun thing to look for while looking at Tower of Terror is the lit up room. The room is actually used for the Cast Members of Tower of Tower to go during break. It’s located directly in the center and at nighttime you can see the room lit up. A cast member told me that it’s actually really cool to eat there during break because you hear the screams each time the Elevator drops. Also, the room shakes every time and she told me it was a lot of fun to hang out there!
this is very cool info

DIY Constellations In A Jar Tutorial. Really clever using a cheap LED light (links to ones) and one of those cheap foil pans you can get at the Dollar Store. Real constellations (although not accurately placed) are pierced into the foil. Tutorial by Amy of This Heart of Mine for Design Mom here.
